At SPCA Cincinnati, every gift represents an act of compassion and trust. We are committed to honoring that trust through responsible stewardship, ethical fundraising, and financial transparency. As an independent, privately funded nonprofit, we believe our donors deserve to know how their generosity is managed and the impact it makes for animals throughout our community. Below you'll find our annual reports, audited financial statements, IRS Form 990, and other resources that reflect our commitment to accountability and sound governance.
